RETURN POLICY

At Selected Bridal, we are proud to offer designer wedding gowns at exceptional values. Because of the unique nature of bridal merchandise, we maintain a clear and firm return policy to protect both our brides and our designers.

In-Store Purchases

  • All in-store purchases are final sale.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted once a gown or accessory has been purchased in person.

Online Purchases (Non-Local Customers)

We understand the challenges of purchasing a gown online if you are outside the Tampa area. For this reason, we offer a limited return option for online customers:

  • Gowns purchased online and shipped outside the local area may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

  • To be eligible, gowns must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unaltered

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition with tags attached

  • Gowns returned with damage, odor, alterations, or visible wear will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

  • Accessories, veils, promotional gowns, trunk show gowns, and discounted merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Condition of Gowns

  • Off-the-rack and sample gowns are sold as-is. Normal signs of gentle showroom wear may be present and are reflected in the discounted price.

  • Every gown is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your gown arrives damaged in transit or is not the item ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos.

  • Claims made after this timeframe cannot be accommodated.
